Decent air conditioning in the room kept it comfortable during hot spells. The view from higher floors offered a nice sight of the surrounding area.
The bathroom in the room felt outdated and could use a serious upgrade. Inefficient reception caused an overbooking issue that forced a swap from a modernized room to an older, unrenovated one. A lack of basic amenities like a kettle for tea or coffee.

the property seemed fairly clean and the room was clean and absolutely fantastic. the staff were always polite and welcoming in case of questions. location was marvellous walk froma sanctuary and a church. i've had a good stay for 5 nights.

The location was perfect for our family trip, just a short walk to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the river and the surrounding mountains, which added to the overall experience. the breakfast selection was a bit limited, mainly just bread and cold cuts. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it for families looking for accommodation near the major attractions.

My stay was lovely for 5 nights. The double room was luxury with the bath and TV plus bright decor. The location was central, great for a sanctuary and a church located walk from the hotel. Food was outstanding and excellent; the staff were polite. I really enjoyed staying here...

Tales from the unexpected
Nestled conveniently close to the sanctuary, this gem offers amazing views of the river and Pic du Jer. The brilliantly cute staff elevate any stays with their attentive service. Despite some dated facilities, the local charm and vibrant area overshadow inconveniences were nice.

Location : in a quiet zone but only take 5-10mins walk to Church, 5mins taxi from train station and 15mins taxi from airport Rate : reasonable for 3 adults for 2 nights with bfast Room : simple but clean & tidy Bfast : bread, ham, cheese, yogurt, tinned fruits, coffee & tea
Minor mistake : both night and morning reception forgot to book a taxi for me to airport

Really good staff were a highlight, with a warm and cute atmosphere, made the arrival smooth. It is located in a very central area of the town... Warm friendly atmosphere.... The owner/receptionist was very welcoming .... the waiters / waitress / bar staff were also very chatty and friendly ... they all had excellent communication skills and were very helpful
